Isca Academy

We asked our new year 7 students to describe how they felt and what they expected to find once at secondary school. Click on the image above to see their responses in our film.

Isca Academy is a unique, vibrant and highly successful community for students aged 11 - 16.
We know that our students face a rapidly changing and competitive adult world.  They will have to be confident and skilled learners, flexible, capable of taking risks, creative, and compassionate.  It is our responsibility to ensure that they can meet those challenges.

Isca Academy achieves this through a careful balance of challenge and support.  Our media-rich learning atmosphere is exciting and we offer a flexible and personalised curriculum with a huge range of enrichment opportunities.  We insist that every child achieves their personal best.  The highest expectations of progress, dress and self-discipline are managed in ways which ensure students feel safe, happy and inspired.

As a result, our students achieve many of the best individual results in the city and display a real pride in themselves and in their college.  Isca Academy continues to go from strength to strength in terms of exam success.  Our reputation is growing both locally and nationally.  Most students progress to Exeter College at 16, which provides a fantastic range and quality of courses for learners.

Please look carefully at the choices offered by Isca Academy.  This is education with character and integrity.  Come and visit us to see for yourself what this means. Parents are invited to come and visit the school at any time. Please call us to book a tour: 01392 204082.
