Isca Progression

Parents are invited to join us on Thursday 4th October for our first Isca Progression event.

Between 3:30 and 6:30 pm we are hosting visitors from a number of local further and higher education colleges including Exeter College, Bicton College and Exeter University. The idea of the event is to allow students and parents to begin asking questions about the choices and options that are available to young people once they move on from Isca after Year 11.
Whether your child is currently in Year 8 and beginning to think about GCSE option choices, or is in Year 11 and considering which A levels to take next year, then this event will be really useful. There will also be the chance to find out more about apprenticeships, university applications and student finance.

Parents can join students after school to look at the displays from the colleges, collect information about forthcoming events, and speak to ex-Isca students about their experience at college and what advice they can give you.
There will also be presentations and talks from a number of the colleges - look out for more details of the schedule for this early next week.
