Christmas at Isca

Our Christmas programme looks like this:

Thursday 10th December - An Isca Christmas

Please come and support our Christmas event from 6:30 - 8:00 pm.
There will be music and dance from students, plus a range of craft and festive stalls. Join us for a mince pie and glass of mulled wine!

Thursday 17th December - Christmas Dinner

Christmas dinner will be served by our canteen on Thursday lunchtime.

This will be a full Turkey dinner with vegetarian alternative. Tickets must be bought in advance from the canteen and will cost £2.20 for a meal and a dessert. Students in receipt of free school dinners should inform canteen staff if they require a Christmas lunch.

Please note that there will be no other food served in the canteen on this day and the canteen will be closed at break so students should bring snacks or packed lunch if they do not want lunch.
    •    12.30 Year 7 with Lunch ticket (remainder stay in class until 13.40)
    •    13.00 Year 8 with Lunch ticket (remainder stay in class until 13.40)
    •    13.30 Year 9 with Lunch ticket (remainder stay in class until 13.40)
    •    13.40 Lunch for Years 11, 10
There will be an opportunity to watch the KS4 Pantomimes in the Hall after Christmas dinner.
Lesson 5 will run as normal.

Friday 18th December - Last Day of Term

The last day of term will be a Wear What you Like Day (with a Christmas theme).
We will be collecting money for the Save The Children 'Christmas Jumper' fund. Please bring a £1 donation if you are not wearing school uniform.
Friday will be a shortened day.
Lessons 1 and 2 will run as normal.
The canteen will be open as usual at break time for students wanting food.
There will then be a whole school end of term assembly ending at approximately 12:30 pm.
Students will be released to go home after assembly.

Tuesday 5th January 2016


The new term starts on Tuesday 5th January. All students are expected in school at the usual time (8:45 am).
This will be a timetable Week B.
