About Us

An introduction from our Headteacher

Isca Academy is an exciting, welcoming place where student learning, creativity and personal development are at the heart.
As Headteacher I am passionate about providing high quality education for the young people of our community which is tailored to meet the needs of each and every child. I am also committed to providing inclusive education with an equality of opportunity for all. I have the highest expectations of all the staff and students and it is my intention that by working together, we can continue to raise standards at Isca with the ultimate aim of making sure that every young person has a clear progression route and is able to succeed both at the Academy and beyond.
As parents or guardians you know your children and are experts in meeting their needs. Therefore the relationships between parents, guardians, students and staff are critical and only by working together can we ensure that students at Isca Academy are safe, happy, make good progress and leave us as responsible young people, able to make a valued contribution to society.
At Isca Academy our expectations of the students, in terms of their achievement and behaviour, are very high. We expect all members of our community to uphold the values of respect, tolerance, courtesy and cooperation. Your support in reinforcing our high expectations is very much appreciated.
